1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern how user data is collected, processed, and used by Security Industry Specialists, Inc’s (“SIS”) Job Board (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you ("User") agree to the terms outlined here.
1.2. The Platform is committed to protecting the privacy of all users and ensuring that personal data is used solely for the purposes described in these Terms.

2.1. The Platform collects personal data, including but not limited to: name, contact information, and resume details ("Personal Data").
2.2. Personal Data is collected when Users submit a job application or express interest in a job opportunity.
3. Use of Data
3.1. Personal Data is used exclusively for recruitment and hiring purposes, including but not limited to:
- Matching Users with relevant job opportunities.
- Allowing SIS employees to view User profiles, resumes, and applications.
- Facilitating communication between Users and potential employers.
- Providing personalized job alerts and recommendations based on User preferences.
3.2. The Platform does not sell, rent, or share Personal Data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3.3. The Platform may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics to improve the quality of services but will not include any identifiable information.
4. Data Sharing with SIS
4.1. By applying to a job posting or submitting a resume, Users consent to the disclosure of their Personal Data to SIS.
4.2. Employers are obligated to use User data solely for hiring purposes and must comply with applicable data protection laws.
5. Data Security
5.1. The Platform takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect User data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
6. Data Retention
6.1. Personal Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms or as required by law.
6.2. Users may request the deletion of their Personal Data at any time by contacting support@sis.us. However, deleting your data may prevent you from being contacted for future employment opportunities.
8. Changes to the Terms
8.1. The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on the Platform.
8.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
